BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience as a Quality Inspector in a Receiving Inspection Role. 2+ years experience reading/ interpreting Engineering Drawings or schematics 2+ years experience in using hand measuring tools. i.e Height gauge, Calipers, Micrometers.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with FAI forms to AS9102 Certified inspector to IPC-610 Certified inspector to IPC-620 Familiar with Metrologic and/or PCDMIS inspection software Familiar with automated inspection equipment, including Romer arms, comparators, CMMs, and other metrology software based inspection methods. Comfortable reading sampling tables to ANSI/ASQ ZI.4 for established AQL levels. Has led inspection teams before, and can run daily 5S activities in quality areas.
