ResponsibilitiesDrive new business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients throughout the Hampton area.
Coach and mentor junior team members to help them sharpen their consultative sales skills.
Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to expand our local market presence.
Analyze current market trends to refine our sales approach and remain competitive.
Maintain high standards of professionalism during all client interactions and community events.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to shape our agency's growth goals and service standards.
RequirementActive Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level business development.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to small groups.
Proficiency in managing client data and pipelines within a CRM system.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
