Closet Factory is looking for an organized, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive first impression.
You'll assist prospective and existing customers, answer incoming calls, schedule appointments for our Design Consultants, assist customers who visit our showroom, and help keep our office running smoothly.
Our office is fast-paced, and no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
