Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a polished and motivated Communications Specialist to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will help support communication initiatives, coordinate messaging across projects, and ensure information is delivered clearly, professionally, and consistently. You will work closely with team members and clients while developing a strong understanding of brand communication, audience engagement, and campaign execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Assist in developing clear, engaging, and professional messaging for campaigns and projects.
  • Communicate with clients, customers, and team members in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Help maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure projects and communications remain organized and on schedule.
  • Assist with presentations, promotional materials, event communications, and campaign-related activities.
  • Gather feedback and help identify opportunities to improve communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records, project information, and communication materials.
  • Represent Elevare Branding with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
