You will advise all stakeholders on leadership development, upward mobility, career planning, and core competency enhancement.
You will manage the Command-Sponsored training budget, ensuring the timely allocation and full utilization of quarterly funds.
You will monitor compliance with mandatory supervisory and employee training.
You will guide managers on all stages of the performance lifecycle: planning, monitoring, developing, rewarding, and formal rating.
You will administer the employee appraisal program, ensuring command-wide compliance with regulatory deadlines for plan issuances, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations.
