You will

• Assemble metal components on a bench or shop floor following controlled documents and simple instructions.
• Align parts, then secure with bolts, screws, and other fasteners.
• Operate drills, hand tools, and air impact wrenches safely and effectively.
• Deliver finished units that meet quality criteria and pass final inspection.
• Support general shop tasks and maintain strong housekeeping habits.

You bring

• High school diploma/GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow straightforward instructions; write brief notes; communicate clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Proficiency with basic arithmetic, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Physical/work environment snapshot

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, and manual handling of parts/tools; occasional climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs. regularly; close-vision tasks are common.
• Exposure to moving machinery and occasional fumes/airborne particles; earplugs required. Safety and housekeeping come first.

Choose a shift

• Week Shift: 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday
• Weekend Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm, Friday–Sunday — work 36 hours, paid for 40; overtime for hours beyond 36
