Wilton Manors Health and Rehabilitation Center -
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical duties associated with the supply management, provides a centralized distribution location, oversees all shipping and receiving, and maintains appropriate inventory in accordance with facility procedures, and maintains control of supplies and equipment for all facility departments.
Job Description
· Ensure various departments are properly charged with supplies they have received for cost allocation purposes if applicable.
· Fill requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures.
· Ensure all medical supply orders are confirmed with a purchase order in ordering system.
· Ensure all orders are properly prepared, ordered, signed, and submitted as required per supply ordering system.
· Verify all ordered items are delivered, itemized, and stored in designated supply closet(s).
· Arrange, inventory and label each supply closet according to nursing needs. Maintain each supply closet in clean and orderly manner.
Requirements
At least 1 year of supply management/distribution is highly preferred.
