Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist is an established Phoenix-area floor and surface restoration company specializing in professional cleaning, sealing, polishing, and restoration services. We're a small, hands-on team, which means every person has an important role in the success of the company.

We're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of that team — someone who brings organization, initiative, professionalism, and a strong sales mentality to work every day.

Arizona Tile & Stone Specialist is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and sales-minded professional to take ownership of our inside sales, office administration, and day-to-day organization.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We need someone who can think independently, follow established procedures, pay exceptional attention to detail, and actively help drive business.

The right person will be equally comfortable following up with a new lead, working inside our computer systems, organizing the warehouse, checking inventory, supporting our field technicians, and finding productive ways to generate business when the phones are quiet.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Inside Sales & Lead Management

• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads from Google, Facebook, our website, referrals, and other sources
• Build rapport with potential customers and confidently turn inquiries into booked estimates and jobs
• Follow up consistently with open leads and unsold estimates
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our system
• Identify opportunities to increase sales from existing and past customers
• Track leads from initial inquiry through completion so opportunities don't fall through the cracks

Business Development

When incoming lead volume is slower, we expect this position to actively help create new opportunities rather than wait for the phone to ring.

This may include:

• Calling past customers and prospects
• Reaching out to realtors, property managers, designers, contractors, and other referral partners
• Developing and maintaining referral relationships
• Participating in appropriate networking opportunities
• Assisting with social media outreach and promotions
• Identifying neighborhoods, businesses, or industries that could benefit from our services
• Bringing new lead-generation ideas to the table and helping execute them

We want someone who naturally asks, "What can I do to generate business today?"

Office & Operations Support

• Support our Operations Manager and field technicians with scheduling, customer information, paperwork, and day-to-day needs
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, job, and sales information
• Keep office systems, files, and records organized
• Help ensure established procedures are consistently followed
• Catch missing information, mistakes, and potential problems before they become bigger issues
• Communicate clearly between customers, management, and technicians

Warehouse & Inventory

• Help maintain a clean, organized, functional office and warehouse
• Monitor supplies, chemicals, equipment, and inventory levels
• Identify items that need to be reordered before we run out
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Help maintain systems for tracking inventory and supplies
• Be willing to physically help organize, move, label, count, or clean items when needed

This is a small business, so we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever necessary.

• Have previous sales experience, preferably inside sales, service sales, or another customer-facing role
• Are exceptionally organized and genuinely enjoy creating order
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• Are naturally procedural and understand the importance of following established systems
• Can work independently without needing constant supervision
• Look for answers and solutions before immediately asking someone else
• Have strong follow-through and don't need to be reminded repeatedly
• Are comfortable picking up the phone and selling
• Can handle rejection without becoming discouraged
• Notice what needs to be done and take initiative
• Can prioritize when several things are happening at once
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Are dependable, accountable, and consistent
• Are willing to jump in and help the team rather than saying, "That's not my job"
