Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, high-visibility software and AI programs within Tesla's rapidly growing Auto, Energy, Market Expansion, Charging, Megapack, and Powerwall organizations.
This role is ideal for a technically strong TPM who can bridge product vision, software engineering execution, and cross-functional delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with software, firmware, applications, product, and service engineering teams to drive programs from requirements and planning through production launch.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering and SDLC, with previous software engineering or hands-on technical experience being a significant advantage.
