Job Position: Dock Worker / Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Job Description
A large distribution center in the Ontario area is seeking an experienced Dock Worker / Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join their team.
This position will support daily dock and warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, order pulling, product movement, and general material handling.
Job Duties
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload trailers
Move and stage product throughout the warehouse and dock area
Pull and prepare orders for shipment
Scan and verify products using an RF scanner
Assist with general dock and warehouse duties as needed
Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of recent sit-down forklift experience
Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
Previous dock or distribution center experience preferred
RF scanning experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Steel-toe shoes required
Reliable attendance and ability to report for a 5:00 AM start time
