We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Order Puller to join our team in Lakeland, FL. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently pulled, packed, and prepared for shipment. If you have experience with RF scanners, can lift up to 60 lbs, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Bonus Opportunity: Employees who meet production goals are eligible for a monthly performance bonus.
Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
Verify the accuracy of items pulled against order lists.
Pack and label products securely to ensure safe delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Proven experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Competitive pay at $15.00 per hour.
