Deliver virtual simulation instruction in support of SOMTC training programs.
Facilitate realistic training scenarios aligned with mission requirements.
Support the development and refinement of simulation-based training materials.
Ensure training effectiveness by providing feedback, assessment, and after-action reviews.
Associate; 2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment may substitute.
Military Instructor Training Course or civilian equivalent required.
Military combat arms background.
Instructor experience using virtual simulations desired.
2 years as SOF or closely related military training/assignment may substitute for education.
Instructor experience using virtual simulations; knowledge of emergency close air support procedures and artillery/mortar call-for-fire procedures.
