Senior Desktop Support Admin

Salary: $45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least two years of IT troubleshooting experience.

• We prefer candidates with hands-on experience in WiFi and cabling deployments.

• We prefer computer imaging experience, including WDS.
• We prefer the ability to properly terminate ethernet cable consistently.
• We prefer the ability to cross-connect wires on a 66 block.
• We prefer proficiency with Active Directory management.
• We prefer experience setting up and managing AD, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• We prefer experience deploying and supporting firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points.
• We prefer basic PBX administration experience.
• We prefer a technology-related bachelors degree or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities:

• We troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues across a variety of IT environments.
• We help manage and maintain large-scale networks for our clients.
• We respond to changing technical challenges and resolve problems on the front lines.
• We support users by providing reliable, customer-focused technical assistance.
• We handle field work that may include WiFi and cabling deployment projects.
• We assist with network and systems tasks such as Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP support.
• We help deploy and maintain infrastructure such as firewalls, content filters, switches, and wireless access points.
• We perform printer setup, computer imaging, and related technical support tasks.
• We travel between client sites as needed to deliver on-site service.
• We continue developing our expertise while contributing to a positive client experience.
