What You'll Do Serve & Educate Clients Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone Identify each client's needs and financial protection priorities Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options Answer questions clearly and professionally Recommend coverage solutions based on individual client needs Guide clients through applications and enrollment Build Long-Term Relationships Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment Build trust through consistent and professional communication Assist with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates Provide ongoing client support Maintain accurate follow-up and client documentation Apply Your Leadership & Accountability Establish and work toward individual performance goals Manage your schedule and responsibilities independently Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Maintain integrity and accountability in every interaction Continue Developing Professionally Participate in weekly coaching and training Receive mentorship from experienced leaders Develop insurance product knowledge Strengthen communication, presentation, and client-service skills Participate in leadership development opportunities Training & Licensing Support You do not need previous insurance experience to apply.
