The Digital Marketing Specialist ACM supports the planning and execution of digital marketing activities that help position Acute Care & Monitoring and its product portfolios within the healthcare digital landscape. This role works closely with Product Managers, Sales, Medical Education, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver effective digital campaigns, manage marketing platforms (SharePoint and internal/external websites), and track performance outcomes. The role focuses on execution excellence, campaign optimisation, and data-driven insights, contributing to longer-term digital plans developed by the broader marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Planning & Execution

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing plans aligned with business, portfolio, and product objectives.
• Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Translate product priorities into effective customer journeys and digital campaign activities.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and implement relevant campaigns for the ANZ market.
• Support product launches, educational initiatives, conferences, and other marketing programs through digital marketing tactics and content.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance against established objectives and KPIs.
• Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations to optimise future marketing activities.
• Apply insights and best practices to improve digital engagement, lead generation, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Content, SEO & Website Management

• Support the creation, review, and deployment of marketing collateral and digital content.
• Manage website content updates through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
• Assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives and website performance monitoring.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and business priorities.

Marketing Technology & CRM Support

• Support campaign execution through marketing automation platforms, including email marketing, segmentation, and lead nurturing activities.
• Maintain alignment between digital campaigns and CRM platforms to support lead management and sales visibility.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including engagement, conversion, lead generation, and campaign reach.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to deliver digital campaigns and assets.
• Support customer engagement through relevant and impactful digital content and experiences.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely campaign delivery.

Competitive Intelligence & Governance

• Monitor competitor activities, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Share market insights and recommendations with key stakeholders to support business growth.
• Support management of digital marketing budgets and agency expenditure.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to internal processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards.

Internal Communications

• Assist in developing and distributing internal communications related to marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and performance updates.
• Support alignment and visibility of digital marketing activities across internal stakeholder groups.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles.
• Experience executing digital campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles including email marketing, lead nurturing, customer journeys, digital analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Strong project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or B2B marketing environments.
• Experience using Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other website content management systems.
