Join Black & Veatch as a Civil Superintendent supporting high-impact simple cycle and combined cycle power generation construction projects. In this role, you will lead field execution for civil construction activities, partner closely with craft supervision and field engineering, and help deliver safe, high-quality work that keeps critical energy infrastructure projects on schedule.
You will provide hands-on direction to direct-hire craft teams, support productivity and performance goals, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure crews have the information, materials, and resources needed to execute work safely and efficiently. This is an opportunity for a construction leader with dirt, concrete, foundations, undergrounds, and civil scope experience to contribute to advanced power generation projects while building strong field teams and supporting successful project delivery.
