Senior Transformation Coach / Agile Transformation Coach

Hyatt is seeking a Senior Transformation Coach / Agile Transformation Coach to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, regional, and hotel operations. This individual will work within Hyatt's Transformation Center of Excellence (COE) and support multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, providing Agile coaching, transformation strategy, operating model guidance, and project leadership.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced transformation professional who can operate with minimal direction ("zero hand-holding"), independently navigate complex global organizations, and work effectively with executives, C-level leaders, corporate stakeholders, regional leadership, and hotel operations. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of Agile coaching, organizational transformation, strategic program leadership, hospitality/brand experience, and executive stakeholder management. Experience with Generative AI, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled business transformation is highly valued.

Must Haves

• Hospitality or hotel brand experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Hyatt is looking for a senior-level transformation leader rather than a traditional Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have:

• 610+ years of enterprise transformation experience.

Candidate Profile Recruiting Summary

The ideal candidate is a senior enterprise transformation professional with deep Agile coaching and strategy experience who has worked directly with C-level executives and large global organizations. Hospitality, hotel brand, or comparable consumer-facing enterprise experience is strongly preferred. This person must be capable of independently leading transformation initiatives across multiple programs, coaching executives and operational leaders, facilitating complex workshops, establishing transformation strategy and governance, and translating enterprise strategy into practical execution. Strong program/project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with Generative AI and emerging technologies are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Agile and transformation coach across multiple enterprise programs and initiatives.
• Coach executives, C-level stakeholders, corporate leaders, regional leaders, hotel leadership, product teams, and delivery organizations on Agile and transformation practices.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, maturity models, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across complex, global, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, transformation sessions, retrospectives, planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
• Assess organizational maturity and identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, collaboration, governance, decision-making, and organizational agility.
• Translate transformation strategy into practical, actionable initiatives that can be adopted across corporate, regional, and hotel environments.
• Provide strategic guidance across multiple programs while maintaining visibility into dependencies, risks, milestones, and organizational impacts.
• Support program and project leadership by establishing appropriate Agile delivery practices, governance, metrics, and operating rhythms.
• Work closely with program managers, product leaders, technology teams, business stakeholders, and hotel operations to remove organizational impediments and accelerate delivery.
• Coach leaders and teams through organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
• Mentor internal Agile coaches, transformation practitioners, and change agents to build sustainable organizational capability.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, metrics, feedback, retrospectives, and organizational assessments.
• Develop executive-level presentations, transformation updates, dashboards, and storytelling materials to communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Support Hyatt's adoption of Generative AI and emerging technologies by identifying practical opportunities to improve decision-making, workflows, productivity, knowledge sharing, and organizational effectiveness.
• Help teams adopt AI responsibly and effectively as part of broader digital and operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across cultures, geographies, brands, and functions to ensure transformation strategies are scalable and sustainable.
• Travel periodically to hotels, regional offices, or other Hyatt locations to support transformation initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

Enterprise Transformation Experience

• 610+ years of experience leading Agile transformation, organizational transformation, enterprise change, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple programs simultaneously.
• Experience working within large, complex, global, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
• Experience developing transformation strategies, roadmaps, maturity models, governance structures, and success metrics.

Agile Coaching

• Deep experience coaching Agile organizations, teams, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and systems-thinking principles.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices to different organizational environments rather than simply applying a standard methodology.
• Demonstrated experience improving organizational agility, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and team performance.
• Experience mentoring other Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, transformation practitioners, or change agents.

Executive & C-Level Interaction

• Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Experience coaching executives and leadership teams through transformation.
• Ability to communicate complex transformation concepts clearly to executive, business, technology, and hotel audiences.
• Exceptional executive presence, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong storytelling and visualization capabilities.

Hospitality / Brand Experience

• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with major hotel companies, hospitality brands, travel organizations, or hospitality technology environments.
• Understanding of the unique operational challenges associated with hotel properties, corporate functions, regional operations, and global brands.
• Experience supporting transformation across both corporate and operational/property environments is highly desirable.
• Experience working across multiple brands, regions, properties, or business units is a significant advantage.

Program / Project Leadership

• Strong program and project management experience.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Experience establishing governance and operating rhythms for large transformation programs.
• Ability to work effectively with Program Managers, Product Managers, Technology Leaders, Business Leaders, and Operations.
