We're a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of AI, technology, and the future of work, and we're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and help build efficient, employee-focused HR processes as we continue to scale.
In this role, you'll support employees across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on benefits administration, 401(k) programs, immigration, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance. You'll be a key resource for employees while partnering with internal stakeholders and external HR providers to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with deep expertise in benefits administration, 401(k) programs, and employment-based immigration someone who is highly organized, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
