As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Medication reminders
Mobility assistance (in-home and appointments)
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping
Grocery shopping and errands
Transportation (appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings)
Providing parental support and respite care
Observing and reporting changes in condition
Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations Every day is different — and every client relationship is meaningful.
Our ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and takes ownership of their role. Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends
Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
A genuine passion for helping others
