Qualifications, Duties, Perks

An Average Day: (Includes, but not limited to)

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple lines of business
• Develop marketing strategies that support organizational growth, brand awareness, and business objectives
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope for marketing initiatives
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, handbooks, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional content
• Write and edit impactful marketing and communication copy
• Maintain and strengthen Bristol Hospice's brand identity across all channels and materials
• Partner with business development, operations, and executive leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, advertisers, and marketing service providers
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing activity, and industry trends
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Support new market launches, mergers, rebranding efforts, and nationwide promotional campaigns
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners
• Supervise and mentor marketing support staff and project team members as assigned
• Represent Bristol Hospice at industry and community events as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of branding and marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
• May be required to occasionally travel local and long-distance with or without notice
• Must possess strong leadership and multi-tasking skills
• Must be flexible in work hour
