As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of multiple security technology programs within our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, finance, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of our security solutions to our clients. You will be a key driver in achieving program objectives, ensuring quality, managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define program objectives and requirements.
- Monitor and track progress of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Must have a strong financial background and excel at managing budgets, conducting revenue forecasting, and overseeing invoicing and collections processes with precision and expertise.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain program momentum.
- Manage program dependencies and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- As a program manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple locations, necessitating occasional travel to ensure seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and sales teams to align program objectives with business goals.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and client to ensure program success.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth program execution.
- Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support program activities.
- Manage and monitor resource utilization, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in program management, preferably within the physical security or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs from initiation to completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Pay Range
$130,000 - $150,000 USD
