Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex initiatives that align with our client's vision and drive measurable business results. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous value creation.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership & Governance: Own the delivery of comprehensive programs, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. Shape governance frameworks, optimize resource allocation, and proactively mitigate risks to maintain momentum and ensure outcomes meet client expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture trusted relationships with sponsors, business owners, and internal teams. Facilitate seamless collaboration, maintain transparent communication, and leverage emotional intelligence to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Program Planning & Execution: Lead teams to deliver high-quality results by managing schedules, scope, and resources. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to overcome obstacles swiftly and keep projects on track. Promote a culture of curiosity and innovation within delivery teams.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering a resilient, high-performing environment. Identify and cultivate talent, promoting growth through coaching, mentorship, and purposeful skill development.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multimillion-dollar programs. Ensure fiscal responsibility while identifying opportunities for cost optimization and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Implement standardized reporting mechanisms to track progress and risks. Deliver executive dashboards with key insights, and champion ongoing initiatives to enhance efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and business impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications a plus
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, including 5+ years leading large, complex IT or infrastructure programs in professional or managed services environments
- Proven track record of building high-performance teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, governance, risk management, and relevant planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
Publishing Pay Range: $78.00 $80.00 Hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from any approved location within the United States.
