What You'll Do:- Lead warehouse personnel by setting expectations, gaining commitment, and following through to ensure successful execution- Build a positive, energetic, and safe team environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and customer service- Coordinate team schedules, training, progress reviews, and related documentation- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, damage reporting, and warehouse records- Prioritize orders, shipping documents, and daily workload to meet customer and company needs- Manage inventory activities, returns, warehouse supplies, and semi-annual inventory counts- Coordinate freight, delivery providers, and cost-effective shipping solutions- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas, equipment, facilities, and grounds- Support product-related warehouse activities, including pump alignment, assembly, and team instruction- Maintain product knowledge and uphold company policies, safety standards, and OSHA compliance- Contribute wherever needed to support the team and overall warehouse performance What You'll Bring:-High school diploma or GED required.-Minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience required.-Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, establish clear expectations, gain team commitment, and ensure accountability and follow-through.-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, supervisors, and vendors.-Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.-Working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory management practices, basic mathematics, and standard warehouse equipment.-Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams while promoting accountability, workplace safety, and a positive work environment.
