Job description
Executive Assistant
Supports the SVP & Corporate Controller and SVP of Tax with high-level administrative and operational assistance across both departments.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for two senior executives across global time zones
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with sound judgment
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel, expense reports, and vendor invoices
- Support the department during financial close and other high-volume periods
- Help prepare materials for Audit Committee, CFO, and finance leadership meetings
- Assist with tax department operations: billing, budgets, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and recordkeeping
- Assist with tax authority correspondence and global data collection
- Manage office logistics — meeting rooms, supplies, and general office support
- Handle ad hoc requests as needed
What You'll Need
- 7+ years supporting senior executives in an administrative role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working across international teams/time zones
- Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility for early/late hours as needed
