Summary: A member of the technical project management team, the Project Manager plans, organizes, and executes plant projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and coordinates project resources and project execution according to requirements. The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of capital expenditure initiatives on time and on budget. This individual will need to be self-sufficient in tackling operational challenges and have a strong ability to create practical solutions independently.
This position reports to the Manager-Technical Projects and is responsible for projects in Paramount, CA and support of projects in Verdi, NV. This is full-time, on-site position based out of Paramount, CA.

Qualifications:
Must be able to comply with ITAR and EAR residency requirements. Capital project management experience of large-scale projects. Knowledge and experience using CAD software is preferred (e.g. AutoCAD). Familiarity with state and local building codes and standards. Goal oriented and demonstrated ability to continually prioritize tasks, and work under pressure with sensitivity to deadlines. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or PMP required B.S. in Project Management or Engineering preferred 0-7+ years' experience working in project management or engineering, preferably in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
