Shift Leader
Location: Lakeline, TX Full-Time Hourly (Non-Exempt) Reports to: Store / Assistant Manager
Lead the shift, grow your career your first step into store leadership.
As a Shift Leader, you set the tone for every shift you run. You'll lead the team across the storefront and kitchen, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and help associates do their best work. It's a hands-on leadership role and the first step on our management path.
Compensation - Details
Base Pay - $17.75 $17.75 per hour, based on experience
Performance Bonus - Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
Earned On - Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
Total Target Comp - $[__] $[__] per year, including bonus potential
The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.
