The Volunteer Coordinator supports the organization's volunteer engagement efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and record-keeping. This role ensures all required documentation and approvals are completed prior to volunteer participation and reviewed by the Director of Finance & Operations. This role is key to fostering meaningful community involvement and serves as a visible on-site representative of The Miracle Project, building relationships with volunteers, families, participants, and teaching artists while ensuring volunteers have a meaningful and well-supported experience.

The Miracle Project is a fully inclusive theater, film, and expressive arts program focused on building communication, self-esteem, and life skills for neurodivergent, disabled, and nondisabled individuals.
