We are looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to grow our new construction solar and energy storage business in California.
This role is focused on developing partnerships with homebuilders, developers, general contractors, and other B2B partners. We are especially interested in candidates who already have relationships with small- to mid-sized California builders and developers and can turn those relationships into long-term business opportunities. Experience selling solar for new construction projects is highly preferred.
Experience in new construction solar, homebuilder partnerships, residential development, solar + battery storage, construction business development, or builder-focused energy solutions is a strong plus.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing business channel and build strategic relationships with California builders and developers. You will work closely with our leadership and operations teams to expand our presence in new construction solar and energy storage and turn new partnerships into scalable, long-term business.
