PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Case Mix: Consistent with Emergency Medicine
  • Support Staff Available: 24-hour APP coverage, dual coverage physician 7a – 2a

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Standard Emergency Department Procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
  • Manage single coverage period from 2a to 7a, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Perform standard ED procedures as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with dual coverage physician and 24-hour APP coverage team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
