Construction Project Manager

Key responsibilities include overseeing operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, preparing and reviewing project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary, providing regular updates to project stakeholders and reporting on progress, and creating proposals and formal bids for potential projects.
Requirements include a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field, strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in software.
Nice to have includes proven experience in managing construction projects, estimating experience, sales experience, and management experience.
