Job Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/week

We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Clerk to support payroll and administrative functions at a construction company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive employee information.

Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish 1+ year of payroll, payroll support, bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or administrative experience Strong data entry and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Richmond, TX Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems High-volume payroll or employee records experience
