Director Of Positive School Climate, Social And Emotional Learning
The Director of Positive School Climate, Social and Emotional Learning provides districtwide leadership to create safe, equitable, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for all students. The Director leads and coordinates initiatives related to positive school climate, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), restorative practices, PBIS/MTSS, mental health supports, race and equity, and alternatives to suspension and expulsion. The position works collaboratively with school and district leaders, staff, families, and community partners to improve student outcomes, address disproportionality, and build staff capacity through professional development and systems-level support.
Requirements / Qualifications

Current Resume (must reflect postgraduate work in education, educational leadership, or a related field)
