At Orchard Veterinary Medical Center, you will practice a high caliber of medicine across various disciplines. Our facility provides comprehensive services including Pet Wellness and Prevention, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care. We are proud to offer Surgical Procedures, along with specialized exotic pet services, allowing you to diversify your clinical experience. We also meet the immediate needs of our clients by operating Urgent Care services Sunday through Wednesday from 9am to 9pm, ensuring continuity of medical support for critical cases. Orchard Veterinary Medical Center is situated conveniently in Westminster, CO, making it an accessible and central location for both our clientele and our teammates. This community setting provides a stable patient base and a wonderful environment to build long-term professional relationships with clients. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
