NetSuite Developer

Salary: $72,500 - 72,500 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• We need strong experience building with SuiteScript 2.x.
• We require practical experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, workflows, custom records, forms, fields, and business process automation.
• We need experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade NetSuite solutions.
• We require a solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations.
• We need experience working with APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• We require strong business acumen and the ability to understand operational workflows across multiple functions.
• We need the ability to convert business needs into scalable, practical technical solutions.
• We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with executives, business leaders, technical teams, implementation partners, and end users.
• We need the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• We require residency in the Phoenix metropolitan area and the ability to work onsite as needed.
• A bachelors degree is required.
• We prefer experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework, Git or other source control tools, NetSuite sandbox and release management, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, RF SMART, Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, REST and SOAP APIs, EDI, SQL, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, SuiteAnalytics, advanced NetSuite reporting, and multi-entity or acquisition-driven environments.
• NetSuite certifications are preferred but not required.
• We also list 3 years of experience in NetSuite Development, SuiteScript 2.x development, SuiteCloud Development, Git or other source control, and RF SMART warehouse management as required.

Responsibilities:

• We design, build, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations, enhancements, and business solutions.
• We develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet, and Client scripts.
• We create and support SuiteFlow workflows, Saved Searches, automations, custom records, forms, fields, and related NetSuite features.
• We produce scalable, maintainable, well-documented solutions aligned with NetSuite best practices.
• We help define development standards, source control practices, code review routines, deployment procedures, and long-term application architecture.
• We support the development lifecycle across sandbox, testing, and production environments.
• We partner with business leaders to understand operational issues and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• We recommend improvements that simplify processes, reduce manual work, strengthen data visibility, and increase efficiency.
• We evaluate current workflows and promote best-practice solutions instead of merely automating existing steps.
• We balance business needs with scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform strategy.
• We contribute throughout the NetSuite implementation, including solution design, configuration, development, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• We work with implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• We help establish governance and development practices that will support the organization after implementation.
• We design with future growth in mind, including the integration of newly acquired businesses into our enterprise ecosystem.
• We design, develop, and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• We build automation that removes manual work and improves operational performance.
• We support integration efforts involving BigCommerce, Klaviyo, RF SMART, and future enterprise applications.
• We work with REST and SOAP APIs, EDI, middleware platforms, and other integration technologies as needed.
• We help assess middleware platforms and integration strategies for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• We troubleshoot technical issues while protecting system stability, performance, and data integrity.
• We evaluate new NetSuite capabilities and recommend enhancements that deliver measurable business value.
• We create and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, integration documentation, and development best practices.
• We identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation, and better use of enterprise data.
• We help avoid unnecessary technical debt by promoting sustainable development practices.
