In the role of Supervisor, Logistics you'll play a pivotal part on our logistics team. The Stockroom Supervisor supervises a team of stockroom clerks to ensure effective utilization of resources to support the business operation. This job reports to the Logistics Manager. This position contributes to our vision by:
- Supervising stockroom clerks, planning work assignments, scheduling daily activities and overtime needs.
- Developing time standards for each job function and clearly communicating expectations to employees.
- Training stockroom clerks on Safran Logistics and Stockroom Standards as well as MRP transactions.
- Executing cycle counts in an organized manner. Maintaining inventory cycle count program and reports metrics as required.
- Analyzing cycle count results to identify problem areas and implement improvements.
- Monitoring supply usage patterns and placing purchase requisitions.
- Interfacing with Planning and Production to establish and improve material delivery practices.
- Understanding and completing transactions in ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring all safety requirements are met for mobile equipment, inventory area and raw material storage area.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.

The expected salary range for this position is between USD $70,310 - $91,870. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
