Job Title MRI Technologist Job Summary Join a dedicated healthcare team in Midland, TX, as an MRI Technologist. This role involves performing a variety of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols and physician orders. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the MRI procedure, including thorough screening for contraindications. Operate and maintain MRI equipment, performing quality control checks as required. Accurately position patients for optimal image quality and diagnostic results. Review images for technical quality, completeness, and appropriate labeling. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Qualifications Active Texas state licensure or accreditation as a Radiologic Technologist. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience as an MRI Technologist.
