Affordable Home Solutions LLC is growing our sales team and looking for Entry Level Appointment Setters who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and working toward goals.
No extensive sales background is required. If you’re personable, coachable, and ready to learn, this is an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on sales experience while earning a competitive income.
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners in your assigned territory. Your goal is to create positive conversations, identify potential customer needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engage homeowners through friendly, professional, face-to-face conversations.
Introduce Affordable Home Solutions LLC and our home improvement services.
Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
Explain our services clearly and communicate their value.
Qualify potential customers using established guidelines.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
Manage your daily activities and consistently work toward performance goals.
Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.

Must be 18 years or older.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
Base Salary + Commission
Expected annual earnings: $50,000–$70,000
Performance-based commission provides an opportunity to increase your earnings.
Full-time position.
