Weekend Receptionist
Job Summary:
As a Weekend Receptionist at Avir at Pearland, you will play a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our patients and their families. As a key member of our front-office team, you will be responsible for managing the check-in process, resolving patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families upon arrival, conducting check-in and check-out processes
Manage scheduling and appointment requests, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient registration and insurance information
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as filing and answering phones
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to infection control protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred
