For over 125 years, Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home located in the Bronx, New York has been dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families. Through a caring, compassionate, philosophy of non-abandonment, the hospice provides a full spectrum of palliative services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care. The hospice receives patients from referring institutions throughout New York City and the entire tristate area. Summary: Assist in the collection, aggregation and analysis of data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors. Responsible for data entry for intra-departmental monitoring as well as regulatory monitoring. Assists the Assistant Director of Regulatory Compliance and the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in all educational and compliance activities.

Salary Range: 116,983.73 - 143,483.74/ annually
