This individual supports faculty development, student success initiatives, accreditation compliance, curriculum oversight, clinical partnerships, and continuous quality improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in nursing education, academic leadership, or nursing administration who is passionate about developing faculty and improving student outcomes. Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership Provide instruction in nursing theory and clinical courses as needed. Support curriculum quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Review and maintain course content, syllabi, and learning management system materials. Help ensure academic standards and student learning outcomes are achieved. Support implementation of evidence-based teaching practices. Faculty Management & Development Assist with faculty onboarding, orientation, mentoring, and development. Support performance management, coaching, and professional growth initiatives. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. Promote faculty engagement, retention, and continuous improvement. Student Success & Retention Provide academic guidance and support to nursing students. Monitor student progress and academic standing. Support initiatives designed to improve satisfaction, retention, persistence, and completion rates. Participate in student success meetings and intervention strategies. Program Operations Assist with course scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. Support advisory board meetings and program committee activities. Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies. Coordinate initiatives that support operational efficiency and educational excellence. Accreditation & Compliance Support accreditation reporting and site visit preparation. Monitor compliance with nursing education regulations and standards. Assist in developing action plans to improve student achievement metrics. Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts. Stay current on nursing education regulations and industry standards. Clinical Partnerships Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure and maintain clinical training opportunities. Support relationships with healthcare organizations and community partners. Help ensure students receive high-quality clinical learning experiences.
