Quality ISO CoordinatorIndustry: Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing Location: El Segundo, CA Schedule: 32 hours per week Pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience About the OpportunityWe are partnering with an established aerospace and precision manufacturing company in El Segundo seeking a hands-on Quality ISO Coordinator to support its quality, inspection, auditing, and calibration processes. You may be a strong fit if you currently or previously held a title such as:-Quality Inspector-Quality Control Inspector-QC Inspector-Quality Technician-Quality Assurance Technician-Quality Coordinator-ISO Coordinator-ISO Quality Coordinator-Quality Auditor-Internal Quality Auditor-Calibration Technician-Inspection Technician-Manufacturing Quality Technician-Aerospace Quality Inspector Candidates do not need to have held the exact title of Quality ISO Coordinator. We are interested in individuals with corresponding hands-on experience in quality inspection, ISO quality systems, internal auditing, calibration, gauge control, or precision manufacturing 'll Do In this role, you'll support both the company's quality management system and day-to-day inspection activities, including:-Coordinate and support ISO quality processes and documentation-Conduct and assist with internal quality audits-Support the investigation and resolution of customer rejections and quality issues-Perform quality auditor duties-Conduct internal calibration of measuring instruments used by shop employees-Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring equipment remains properly controlled-Perform First Article Inspections (FAI)-Conduct in-process inspections of manufactured components-Perform final inspections prior to product release-Maintain control of gauges, measuring equipment, and inspection tools-Verify inspection documentation for accuracy and completeness-Work directly with shop and manufacturing personnel to maintain quality standards-Support corrective actions and continuous quality improvement efforts What We're Looking For We're especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:-Quality inspection within aerospace, CNC machining, precision manufacturing, metal fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment-ISO-based Quality Management Systems (QMS)-Internal quality audits-First Article Inspection-In-process and final inspection-Calibration and gauge control-Customer rejection or nonconformance processes-Precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other inspection tools-Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications, and tolerances-Maintaining accurate quality and inspection documentation Experience within an aerospace or AS9100 environment is highly & Compensation This position offers a 32-hour workweek and pays $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and overall qualifications.
