Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across construction projects
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
Coordinate annual audits and provide required supporting documentation
Analyze project costs and identify savings and process improvement opportunities
Utilize Sage Intacct for financial management, reporting, and analysis
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of relevant accounting experience; construction experience strongly preferred
Experience with Sage Intacct highly desired
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
CPA or similar certification a plus
