Assistant Principal Position

Oxnard Union High School District is recruiting a talent pool of Assistant Principals to fill potential vacancies for the 2026-2027 School Year. Located in Ventura County, OUHSD has approximately 16,000 students in Oxnard, Port Hueneme, El Rio, and Camarillo. The annual salary range for this position is $ 153,705 - $ 159,954 plus an excellent benefits package valued at approximately $35,000/year (family medical, dental, vision, life, and EAP), plus annual stipends for doctoral: $2,000 and mileage: $825.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Current valid Teaching Credential (Preferred) or Current valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential; and Current valid Administrative Services Credential; Masters Degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university (Required); Five years successful experience as a certificated teacher (required) or certificated counselor or in other certificated support credential service (Required); Extensive experience working with diverse student populations; Bilingual in Spanish (Strongly Preferred) Knowledge of Mixteco, Tagalog, and other world languages (Preferred).
