Rigid Tactical is seeking highly experienced Combat Control Instructors to support the AFSOC Special Tactics Training Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Florida. You will deliver advanced tactical instruction to SOF personnel in areas including assault zone operations, call for fire, airborne operations, and full mission profiles. This role requires current FAA Class II Flight Physical certification and extensive Combat Control experience. Ideal for experienced CCT veterans seeking to directly support the next generation of Special Tactics operators.
Employment is contingent upon contract award.

Physical Requirements:
Work is physically rigorous in a variety of indoor and outdoor/range environments, including non-climate-controlled settings.
Must be capable of performing physically demanding SOF-related training activities.
Must be able to handle munitions, small arms, heavy weapons, crew-served weapons, and night vision devices in a training environment.
Must be able to perform maritime duties and open-water swimming to support amphibious operations training.
Must be able to fly aboard AFSOC or contracted fixed/rotary-wing aircraft for infiltration/exfiltration training exercises.
Must be able to rappel from high-angle structures in conjunction with practical high-angle training.
