Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Skilled Nursing
Job Summary:
As a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Constant Care Health Services LLC, you will play a critical role in helping our patients maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes. Responsibilities:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals
Design and implement meaningful and engaging occupational therapy activities and interventions to promote patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
