Picture your first day: you step into a clean, climate-controlled production floor where precision matters and teamwork fuels every milestone. During your training on first shift, you’ll learn to assemble electronic parts, cables, and wire harnesses using hand tools, follow build instructions, and help keep the workspace safe and organized. After training, you’ll transition to second shift where you’ll contribute to a steady production rhythm and grow your skills.

Entrenamiento – Primer Turno: Lunes a viernes | 7:00 a. m.–3:30 p. m. | $15.00 por hora
Horario Regular – Segundo Turno: Lunes a viernes | 3:30 p. m.–12:00 a. m. | $16.50 por hora ($15.00 de salario base + $1.50 de diferencial por turno)
Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras obligatorias y sábados según las necesidades de producción.
