Job description
Job Title: Order Picker / Packer
Location: Indianapolis IN 46268
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Summary:
Seeking reliable candidates with order picking and packing experience. Must have basic computer skills for Oracle transactions. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Order picking and packing skills required
- Basic math and computer skills (Oracle experience preferred)
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, organized, and quality conscious
- Able to identify safety or production issues
- High School Diploma or GED required
