Location: Oregon

Pay: $2,600 to $2,632 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 52 Weeks

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated TRAVEL LPNs in Redmond, Oregon with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Duties:
- Patient Assessments: Performing patient health assessments, risk assessments, nursing assessments, and appropriate health screenings within scope of practice
- Health History: Reviewing and documenting patient health history
- Vitals & Screening: Recording blood pressure and applicable screening information
- Patient Monitoring: Monitoring patient health status and identifying changes requiring follow-up
- Nursing Care: Performing nursing interventions and providing patient care within scope of practice
- Medication Management: Administering and managing medications and treatments as authorized and in accordance with applicable orders
- Patient Education: Providing preventive health education and educating patients regarding their care
- Patient Counseling: Counseling patients regarding health, wellness, and disease prevention
- Care Coordination: Coordinating follow-up care and preventive care scheduling
- Nursing Procedures: Performing nursing procedures within licensure and granted privileges
- Post-Procedure Care: Assisting with post-procedure care and follow-up as authorized
- Documentation: Documenting all patient encounters and nursing services in RPMS/EHR
- Collaboration: Collaborating with medical providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care
Job Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted LPN License – Any state license accepted
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- BLS – American Heart Association
