Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including out-of-the-box and near out-of-the-box functionalities
- Work specifically with modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management/Strategic Planning Workspace (mandatory), Legal Service Delivery (preferred), IRM/GRC, and adjacent to CMDB
- Collaborate with fellow developers to implement REST API integrations
- Fix application bugs as prioritized by the team lead
- Maintain and update active user stories within ServiceNow
- Build and update flows and modules in ServiceNow
- Attend daily team stand-up meetings
- Work closely with the Architect to design effective solutions for business challenges
- Perform basic run activities and provide on-call support for occasional system issues
- Utilize scripting languages such as JavaScript (preferred)
- Position is remote, but preference for candidates within the 6-state footprint or able to commute to Grand Rapids as needed
- Requires 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
