Job description

Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements:

  • We require an active Secret security clearance.
  • We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • We require at least 10 years of general IT experience.
  • We require a minimum of 1 year of knowledge-management experience.
  • We require experience building and maintaining web-based, multi-user enterprise solutions.
  • We require hands-on experience with .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, C#, and JavaScript.
  • We require experience integrating Microsoft SharePoint Web Parts and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • We require experience supporting full SDLC activities and web development.
  • We require experience working in a Department of Defense environment.
  • We require a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III certification, such as SecurityX/CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CCSP, GCED, or GCIH.
  • We require a Microsoft programming certification.
  • We require an ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
  • We require strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • We lead the development and ongoing support of web-based, multi-user solutions that track and audit training, schedules, permissions, and related records.
  • We use modern web-development practices to create and review customized reports and views that streamline management tasks.
  • We facilitate access-related workflows and provide insight into personnel groups and permissions.
  • We develop extensible search features, custom reports and statistics, export capabilities, and history/event tracking.
  • We integrate applications with Microsoft SharePoint Web Parts and Microsoft Active Directory.
  • We apply enterprise best practices for code development and technical documentation.
  • We administer and support .NET, SQL Server, and ASP.NET applications.
  • We build and maintain solutions using SQL Server 2008, HTML, CSS, C#, and JavaScript.
  • We support knowledge-management initiatives, full SDLC execution, and broader web-development efforts.
  • We communicate technical issues, recommendations, and status updates clearly to government and contractor stakeholders.

We provide full-time, on-site software development and application support for a Leidos contract supporting the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This is a non-remote position based in person at Camp Lejeune. The role supports enterprise web applications, knowledge management, reporting, integrations, and full SDLC work in a Department of Defense setting. We offer benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, a referral program, and a health insurance stipend, with pay ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
